Self-Diagnostic Tool and Scorecard

Use this Self-Diagnostic Tool to assess and generate a customized scorecard to understand the extent of gender integration across factory policies, practices, initiatives, and operations. The tool can be used to generate a snapshot of the factory’s performance related to gender equity, identify new gender opportunities with high likelihood of impact, and help inform new priority areas for action. After completing the Self-Diagnostic Tool, users can use the Opportunities Explorer for detailed guidance on key actions to enhance gender equity within each domain.

The self-diagnostic tool asks approximately 50 questions. To complete the tool, users may need to gather information from senior personnel involved in HR, strategy, marketing, training, and other key functions. If collaborating between colleagues, download the offline Excel version of the tool to collect responses offline, then use the form to complete the web-based tool.
