WGCD Learning Cluster

WGCD projects are studying how gender transformative approaches to household bargaining and decision-making can improve women’s agency and outcomes ranging from household food security to financial literacy to increased use of contraceptives.

Learning Questions:

  • How does enhancing women’s agency and access to resources together influence women’s intra-household bargaining and decision-making?
  • What are the strengths and limitations of different methodologies to measure women and girls’ involvement in bargaining at the household level?
