Suzan Ankunda

Suzan Ankunda (she/her) is a Finance Scholar based at the ICRW Uganda Office, joining us as part of the Scholars for Social Change project, in partnership with Crossroads International and The Mastercard Foundation. Her work primarily focuses on financial management and operations, contributing to the organization’s financial health. With two years of experience in the finance and accounting field, Suzan has developed a strong skill set in financial analysis, Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting, tax compliance, and the use of financial software such as SAP Business One, YAYPAY, and QuickBooks.

Before joining ICRW, Suzan served as an Accounts Assistant at the Research and Education Network for Uganda (RENU), where she ensured proper financial reporting, return filing, ledger and bank reconciliations as well as petty cash management. She is also passionate about leveraging financial expertise to drive social impact and is committed to contributing to organizational success through sound financial management.
