Sandeepa Fanda (she/her) is Manager, Project and Grants with ICRW Asia.
She has an overall work experience of 16 years, with 12 years in managing project financials, administration and donor requirements. Her areas of expertise include contracts, sub-agreements, and budget and partner management.
In her current role, Sandeepa provides overall project management and administrative support to multiple projects at the Asia office. She also works with program and administrative assistants and associates to develop systems and processes; monitors budgets, regular donor communication, and business development activities; and coordinates between technical teams and management for effective project implementation.
Key funders she has worked with at ICRW include USAID, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, University of North Carolina, MacArthur Foundation, Gap Inc., the Ford Foundation, and several UN entities. Prior to joining ICRW, she worked at Partners in Development Initiative as an Assistant Contracts Officer. She has also served as a Contract Executive with the Resource Centre for Sexual Health and HIV/AIDS funded by the Department of International Development (DFID).
