Sandeepa Fanda (she/her) is working as Senior Manager, Projects and Grants at ICRW Asia. She brings over 18 years of experience, including 14 years in project and grants management, with a strong focus on financial oversight, donor compliance, and program administration. Over the years, she has managed complex, multi-donor projects and strengthened systems to support effective, accountable program delivery.
In her current role, Sandeepa leads project and grants management across the Asia office. She oversees project planning, budgets, and donor compliance, and works closely with program and administrative teams to streamline processes, support donor engagement, and contribute to business development efforts. She also collaborates closely with technical and operational teams to ensure projects are implemented smoothly and on time.
She has worked with a range of leading donors, including Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, IKEA Foundation, Echidna Giving, Rockefeller, the University of North Carolina, the MacArthur Foundation, Gap Inc., the Ford Foundation, and several UN agencies.
