Roshni Rai

Roshni Rai (she/her) is a Senior Manager, HR at the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW), Asia office. She has more than 15 years of experience in operations and executive support. In her current role, she manages human resources operations and strategy development. She is skilled in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compliance, focusing on aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Before joining ICRW, Roshni worked with the Swanchetan Society for Mental Health as an Administrative Executive, handling the organization’s office administration and human resource management.
