Priya Pandit (she/her) has been a Field Facilitator with ICRW Asia in Jamtara, Jharkhand, since November 2024. In this role, she is actively engaged in implementing gender-transformative interventions at the community level. She works closely with men, youth, parents, local leaders, and Village Champions to address critical issues such as gender norms, education, and early marriage.
Her responsibilities include facilitating group discussions, mobilizing community stakeholders, supporting and mentoring Village Champions, and contributing to capacity-building efforts across intervention villages.
Before joining ICRW, Priya served as a Field Facilitator with the Badlao Foundation in Jamtara, where she led Group Education Activities (GEA) with adolescent girls and men in both schools and community settings.
