Patricia Egessa (she/her) is the Director of Global Communications and based in ICRW’s US office. She is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience leading strategic communications for global organizations, visionary brands, influential executives, and changemakers. With a foundation in strategy, storytelling, branding, digital marketing, and community engagement, she brings a distinctive blend of creativity and clarity to every project.

Driven by a deep commitment to equity, innovation, and impact, Patricia partners with mission-aligned organizations to create an inclusive world where we can all thrive. She has certificates in Storytelling for Influence and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace from IDEO U and the University of South Florida, respectively.
