Neharika Mahajan is working as an Assistant Director – Business Development at ICRW Asia. She leads the organization’s business development and institutional sustainability efforts, working across fundraising, strategic partnerships, and organizational positioning.

She is a feminist strategist and institutional leader with over 13 years of experience helping organizations translate evidence, ideas, and social justice commitments into sustainable programmes, partnerships, and growth.

Her work sits at the intersection of gender justice, learning, research, and institutional strategy. She has led initiatives on gender-based violence, feminist leadership, education, women’s labour rights, masculinities, and climate resilience, and has worked with civil society organizations, governments, philanthropic foundations, bilateral agencies, and UN institutions across India and South Asia.

Prior to joining ICRW Asia, Neharika founded and led the Learning Resource Centre at Nirantar Trust, where she built a diversified partnership portfolio and helped shape the organization’s long-term strategic direction. Across her career, she has been particularly interested in how feminist knowledge, evidence, and practice can strengthen institutions and expand their ability to create meaningful and long-lasting social impact.
