Nadia Cherrouk

Nadia Cherrouk (she/her) is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in international development. As the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF), she leads critical functions including Finance, Risk, and Grants & Contracts, driving operational excellence across the hemisphere. Prior to this, Nadia served as PADF’s Chief of Staff, where she played a pivotal role in strategic planning and organizational development. With an MBA and multilingual skills, she has successfully led teams and initiatives across diverse regions, ensuring impactful program delivery and organizational growth
