Nabirye Vanessa

Nabirye Vanessa is an Operations Scholar at the ICRW Uganda office, with a strong focus on administration and management. She brings three years of experience in administration and entrepreneurship support, during which she has built solid expertise in entrepreneurship instruction, human resource management, and the use of digital management tools, including the Microsoft Office suite and Excel.

Before joining ICRW, Vanessa served as an administrative assistant at Work for Life Uganda, an entrepreneurship support organization, where she ensured accurate documentation of organizational processes and supported the delivery of entrepreneurship trainings. She is deeply passionate about poverty alleviation and is driven by a desire to support individuals in achieving their potential, while advancing operational efficiency in all her work.
