Moses Mulumba
Human Rights, Global Health, and Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights
Moses Mulumba (he/him) is a lawyer and advocate with special interest in International Human Rights, Global Health and Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights. He is the founder and current Executive Director of the Center for Health, Human Rights and Development (CEHURD). Moses has widely researched, published and taught in the various areas of global health and international human rights. He is has been an African Advisor to the HIV and the Law Commission and a former board member to the Uganda National Drug Authority (NDA). His recent work is around the global financing facility (GFF) implementation in Uganda, the impact of the global policies on health systems in low income countries and movenment building in civil society groups.
