Ena Manjit Singh

Ena Manjit Singh (she/her) is the Executive Director at ICRW Asia Office. A distinguished leader in gender and social development, Ms. Singh brings to the table decades of policy and program experience spanning reproductive health, gender equality, and rights-based advocacy across South Asia and beyond, consistently translating research into real-world impact.

In her previous role as Assistant Representative at UNFPA India, Ms. Singh led major national programs addressing gender-biased sex selection, women’s empowerment, and the integration of gender perspectives into development planning. Her work has galvanized collaboration among government, civil society, youth networks and multilateral partners, making her a respected voice on gender justice and inclusive policy reform.

Widely recognized for her empathy, diplomacy, and results-driven approach, Ms. Singh has inspired a generation of advocates working for gender equity and social justice.
