Bola Akintujoye is a global HR leader with more than 15 years of experience driving people strategy, organizational development, and cross-regional transformation across North America, Europe, and Africa. She currently serves as the Director of People & Operations.

Based in ICRW’s Americas office, she partners with executive leadership and global boards to align people operations, governance, and compliance across the organization’s network. She leads initiatives spanning HR strategy, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, policy development, organizational design, and global HR process integration. Her work supports ICRW’s transition toward a more decentralized, equitable, and collaborative global structure.

As a seasoned People & Operations executive, Bola specializes in building scalable HR systems, strengthening governance frameworks, and leading change in complex, mission-driven organizations. With a commitment to equity, cultural inclusion, and operational excellence, she brings a strategic, people-first approach to every organization she supports.

Throughout her career, Bola has held strategic HR leadership roles across corporate, nonprofit, and international development sectors—including the United Nations World Food Program, Amazon, Kerridge Commercial Systems, and Great Place to Work. She is recognized for her ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, navigate ambiguity, and deliver people-centered solutions that accelerate organizational effectiveness.

She holds a Master of Science in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School and maintains multiple professional certifications, including Certified Scrum Master. She is bilingual in English and French and an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
