The Advancing Learning and Innovation on Gender Norms (ALIGN) project convenes a Community of Practice (CoP) and digital platform (https://www.alignplatform.org) for shared learning on gender norms and norm change. ALIGN connects a global community of researchers and thought leaders to share learning on the impact of harmful gender norms and the leading knowledge approaches to gender norm change.
The digital platform contains a resource library and curated ‘focus areas’ content. Content covers a range of thematic and topical areas, including gender norms; education and life skills; health and well-being; child marriage; social protection; women’s economic empowerment; and men, boys and masculinities. The platform also include a range of tools and methodologies. This content will grow to include curated evidence and resource guides, recommended reading lists and annotated bibliographies, think pieces, blogs, case studies and videos.
ALIGN is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and is led by the Overseas Development Institute. The list of ALIGN community members can be found here. ICRW is a proud partner.
