ICRW is excited to be part of this global moment, contributing bold ideas, fresh evidence, and practical solutions to the conversations shaping what comes next for women, girls, and structurally excluded people. From our organizational transformation to economic justice, global accountability, and the future of care, our sessions are designed to inspire action that leads to lasting change.

The Role of the Private Sector as Co-Responsible for Care
What does meaningful private-sector engagement in care look like? This session explores how employers, investors, unions, and policymakers can work together to build inclusive care systems that protect workers’ rights and meet community needs—while generating the evidence needed to shape effective policy and investment.

Future of Care: AI and Big Data in Care Systems
Care sector systems across the world are under growing pressure, and AI is increasingly presented as a solution to what is often described as a “care crisis.” This session examines both the promise and the risks of AI and data-driven management, and how advocates can push for ethical, responsible innovation that supports both caregivers and care recipients and improves care outcomes.
