Prasenjit Banerjee
Director of Finance and Administration
Bio:
Prasenjit Banerjee is the director of finance and administration at the International Center for Research on Women’s (ICRW) Asia Regional Office. In this role, Banerjee oversees the New Delhi-based office’s annual operating and project budgets, manages the finance team and develops procedures to guarantee sound financial management. Banerjee also oversees payroll and audit requirements, provides input for business-related decisions and ensures that ICRW's Asia Regional Office complies with all legal and statutory requirements.
Banerjee brings more than 20 years of experience in accounts, financial management, grant management, project finance and information technology. Prior to joining ICRW in 2003, he worked for the Aga Khan Foundation in New Delhi, where he provided financial and grant management assistance to a rural development program supporting more than 20 nongovernmental organizations.

Education:
Banerjee holds a post-graduate diploma in business management from the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad, a diploma in financial management from All India Council for Management Studies and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bhagalpur University.
