Vanya Suneja (she/her/hers) is a Research and Program Assistant at ICRW Asia. She supports research, program activities, and business development across projects focused on gender-based violence, women in leadership, and men and masculinities. Prior to joining ICRW, she worked as a Research Associate, contributing to projects related to body image dysmorphia and adolescents.
Her professional experience includes research support, program coordination, stakeholder engagement, and proposal development. She is particularly interested in the intersections of gender, health, and social justice, and is committed to contributing to evidence-based initiatives that drive systemic change.
Outside of work, Vanya is passionate about animal welfare and dedicates her free time to volunteering with organizations that rescue and rehabilitate animals. She also enjoys reading, exploring new cultures through travel, and spending time outdoors.
