Priyanka Banerjee (she/her) is a Senior Technical Specialist on Gender and Social Inclusion based out of the ICRW Asia office. She brings over 10 years of experience in work on sexual and reproductive health, adolescent empowerment, and women & work. Her areas of expertise include qualitative research, program design, content development, and implementation and monitoring.
Her recent work has focused on generating evidence on and developing strategies that contribute to building gender equity within school systems, with particular focus on adolescent girls, as a part of the GEMS program. Prior to this, she has worked on assessing the impact of the COVID-19 policy response on informal women workers in Delhi National Capital Region (NCR) as part of the REBUILD project, as well as exploring the determinants that shape sexual and reproductive health outcomes for women belonging to marginalized populations. Through her work, she has undertaken proposal writing, development of data collection tools and guides, qualitative data collection and analysis, and program monitoring and implementation.
