WGCD Learning Cluster
WGCD projects are seeking to increase employment opportunities for women and girls by integrating gender and empowerment education within a variety of approaches ranging from vocational training to digital financial inclusion. This cluster explores approaches to creating employment, elucidating the role of assets like financial services in parallel with program components addressing agency.
