Tanvi Jha has over 15 years of experience in program and partnership management. As State Coordinator for the Jharkhand Office, she brings in extensive experience of working with women and children in tribal communities of the state. She has been on national and state level committees constituted by the government for adolescent and child rights. She is well connected with the government and civil society at both the state and national levels.
Tanvi started her career with the Centre for Science and Environment, New Delhi in 2003 as a Research Assistant. She has gained in-depth understanding on social issues related to women, children and adolescents and has worked extensively on community-based and action research projects.
She has been awarded a media fellowship by the Department of Information & Public Relations, Government of Jharkhand and has a published research paper on community work with children. Tanvi has also written several articles and been a contributor for magazines on development issues.
