Surzine (she/her) has excelled in a variety of administrative roles within prominent organizations. Currently a junior at Hampton University, Surzine is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, and aspires to attend law school after graduation.

Surzine served as the Administrative Assistant to Executive Director of Advocacy and Communications at AAA Public Affairs and to the CEO of the Capital Area Food Bank. As the Senior Board Affairs Coordinator for PBS, she took charge of orchestrating board-related activities, showcasing her capacity to manage high-stakes responsibilities. She demonstrated exceptional communication and coordination skills, fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.
