Sneha Sharma joined ICRW in February 2018 as a Senior Research and Program Associate. She has about five years of experience in conducting research studies and works on projects focused on adolescent empowerment, health, and family planning.
At ICRW, Sneha has worked on the Learning Review on What Works for Adolescents’ Empowerment, aimed at drawing out strategic learnings from a decade of programming for adolescent girls, as well as on the Gap Inc. P.A.C.E for Adolescent Girls Program. Currently, she is working on Couple Engage, a human-centered design project on engaging men in family planning in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, India.
Prior to joining ICRW, Sneha worked with NR Management Consultants as an assistant manager, where she was engaged in research studies and evaluations across various thematic areas, including child rights, agriculture, natural resource management and forestry.
