Roshni Rai is a Coordinator at Human Resources and Regional Director’s Office based out of the ICRW Asia where she provides administrative and development support to the Regional Director and the Senior Management Team at Asia Office. For more than a decade, Roshni has supported organisations in office administration and executive support.

Prior to joining ICRW, Roshni worked with the Swanchetan Society for Mental Health as an Administrative Executive where she handled the office administration and human resource management for the organisation.
