Ronak Soni is a State Program Coordinator based out of the ICRW Asia office for Gender Equity Movement in Schools (GEMS) Program. With a focus on engaging boys in promoting gender equality interventions, GEMS is being implemented by ICRW in Rajasthan. Ronak coordinates the monitoring and capacity building aspects of program implementation along with providing technical support and research inputs for the program.

For nearly a decade, Ronak has engaged with adolescents, women, men, and community on the issues of gender equality, masculinity, violence, livelihood, and trafficking. Prior to joining ICRW, he has worked with the Government of Odisha and Population Council, India in diverse capacities.
