ICRW joins so many others in acknowledging that the conviction of Derek Chauvin for the brutal murder of George Floyd represents a critical step in advancing accountability among law enforcement and the criminal justice system for the ongoing unjust treatment of Black and brown Americans. We also acknowledge and support the work that remains to be done to dismantle systemic racism in America and around the world.


Jazmyn Snelson

Business Operations & Support Coordinator

Jazmyn Snelson currently serves as Business Operations & Support Coordinator for ICRW Advisors. Prior to joining ICRW, Jazmyn was Studio Director at Salsa with Silvia, the largest Latin dance studio in Washington, D.C. While there, Jazmyn developed business processes; managed all programming and scheduling; trained and supervised SWS instructors and staff; prepared weekly reports and updates; and leveraged networking opportunities to add to the studio’s growth and expansion goals. Additionally, Jazmyn held the role of Head Kids Dance Instructor, in which she planned and coordinated all aspects of the kids dance program and its biannual showcase.

Jazmyn has also served as Executive Coordinator at Diversity MBA in Chicago, Illinois; Global Operations Intern at First Data in Washington, D.C.; Program and Partnerships Intern at Atlas Service Corps in Washington, D.C. as well as a member of the inaugural cohort of interns for the 2016 Color of Wealth Summit hosted by the Center for Global Policy Solutions.

Jazmyn has always been passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion. As an advocate for racial equality and women’s empowerment, she joined leadership committees, employee affinity groups and mentored junior staff to encourage inclusivity and add to the discussion of gender in the workplace.

Education: Jazmyn holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business with a concentration in Sub-Saharan Africa from Howard University.
