Etleva Goxhaj joined ICRW in 2015. In her role as senior budgets and contracts manager, she works closely with the research and program teams across all ICRW offices to support their portfolios throughout the entire life-cycle—focusing on preparation of proposal budgets, negotiation of award agreements, and contractual and financial reconciliation during award close-out. She also works closely with finance teams in Asia and Africa offices to reconcile and consolidate their accounts.

Prior to ICRW, Etleva worked as budget and policy consultant for international organizations like UN Women, UNDP, SIPU International etc., and as head of finance at one of the largest local organization in Albania.
