As Business Development Specialist, Erin Kranz manages proposals from inception to completion and supports internal business development processes, efforts and activities, including data analytics to inform business development decision making. Prior to joining ICRW, she was the New Business & Partnerships Intern with Options Consultancy Ltd in London, UK. At Options, Erin helped in supporting the DFID IMDP framework setup and response to call-downs, as well as tracking, positioning for and bidding on many other specific programming opportunities. Working with a number of international donors, one of Erin’s most exciting accomplishments while working with Options was winning the DFID funded African Led Initiative to End FGM project in early 2020.
Most recently, Erin worked with the TATU Project, a women’s empowerment non-profit located at the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro in Moshi, Tanzania. While her time in Moshi was unfortunately cut short due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, Erin greatly enjoyed her time working alongside local Tanzanian women to set up several economic empowerment projects including microloan initiatives and menstrual health campaigns.
