Anais is a Business Development Specialist based out of the ICRW-US office. She manages proposals from inception to completion and supports internal business development processes, including data analytics and tracking across offices. For over seven years, Anais has worked in the international education realm, with experience ranging from nonprofit operations and program management to university affairs. She has worked in the U.S. and Japan.

Prior to joining ICRW, Anais worked with the undergraduate department at Temple University, Japan Campus in Tokyo, where she supported academic and faculty research processes.

As a Participant Experience Analyst at the Institute of International Education, she analyzed payment data and collaborated with programs to streamline operations. She also supported the Fulbright Program during her time at IIE, including Visiting Scholar Enrichment Programs and the Fulbright Arctic Initiative.
