Aishwarya Sahay

Aishwarya is a Research and Program Associate at ICRW Asia. With three years of experience in conducting research, her work focuses on projects related to family planning, masculinities, and sexual and reproductive health.

Aishwarya joined ICRW in December 2018 and currently works on the Couple Engage Project, a human-centered design project on engaging men in family planning in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar in India. She is also part of the team for the Family Planning – Monitoring, Learning and Evaluation (FPMLE) project, of which ICRW is a consortium partner.

Prior to joining ICRW as a full-time employee, Aishwarya worked as an intern and consultant at ICRW on projects related to adolescent empowerment, specifically early, child and forced marriage. She also worked with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai on their special cells to address the issue of domestic violence in several police stations in Maharashtra, India.
