ICRW provides a wide range of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) services to demonstrate the impact of gender programs and policies. ICRW staff works closely with clients and partners to craft measurement frameworks, design tailored evaluation plans, analyze data and communicate results to a variety of audiences. Quality M&E is critical for improving programs and policies over time, discovering potentially harmful unintended consequences and providing the hard evidence needed to inform decision-makers about which strategies should be funded or scaled up.
