Sonvi Kapoor
Research Associate
Bio:
Sonvi Kapoor is a research associate at the International Center for Research on Women’s (ICRW) Asia Regional Office. Her work includes providing research support, particularly in the area of discrimination against girls in India. Kapoor also writes and revises papers and presentations as well as assists with business development proposals.
Prior to joining ICRW, Kapoor was a member of the India Core Group for the British Council’s Beyond Borders Youth Program in New Delhi. While there, she developed and conducted workshops to sensitize university students on the issue of sex selection.
