ICRW Employment Benefits

The following benefits are for staff based at ICRW headquarters in Washington, D.C.

Annual Paid Time Off

Date Hire through completion of 2 years of service  - 15 days

Start of 3rd year of service through completion of 4th year of service  - 20 days

Start of 5th year of service and beyond - 25 days

Employees are also awarded ten (10) days of sick leave each fiscal year.

Holidays

10 days per year

Health Insurance

ICRW offers health insurance coverage, and provides employees with the option of a CareFirst HMO or PPO plan.

Dental Insurance

ICRW offers MetLife PPO dental insurance coverage.

Life Insurance

Two times annual salary up to a maximum of $200,000 fully paid for by ICRW.

Tax Deferred Annuity Plan (403B)

After one year of employment, ICRW contributes 7% of annual salary, which is fully vested immediately.

Employee can open a tax-deferred account and start contributions at any time.

Pre-Tax Flexible Spending and Qualified Transportation Expense Accounts

Medical: Employee can set aside pre-tax dollars to help pay for medically necessary expenses not covered or only partially covered by the health or dental insurance.

Dependent Care: Employee can set aside pre-tax dollars to help pay for certain dependent care expenses such as daycare for a child or care for an elderly adult.

Employee Commuting and Parking: (1) Employee can set aside pre-tax dollars (up to $125/month) for commuting costs; (2) Employee can set aside pre-tax dollars (up to $240/month) for parking expenses at work.

Short- and Long-term Disability Insurance

ICRW provides employer-paid short- and long-term disability coverages.
