ICRW FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SUMMARY

 

Annual Paid Time Off

  • 28 days – 1 year of service
  • 33 days – 2-4 years of service
  • 38 days – 5-plus years of service

Holidays

  • 10 days per year

Health Insurance

  • ICRW pays 100% of employee-only premium for the HMO plan.
  • ICRW pays 55% of employee-only, employee/child, employee/spouse and family POS and PPO plans.

Dental Insurance

  • ICRW pays 100% of employee-only premium and 55% of employee-only, employee/child, employee/spouse and family coverage.

Life Insurance

  • Two times annual salary up to a maximum of $200,000 fully paid for by ICRW.

Tax Deferred Annuity Plan (403B)

  • After one year of employment, ICRW contributes 8% of annual salary, which is fully vested immediately.
  • Employee can open a tax-deferred account and start contributions at any time.

Pre-Tax Flexible Spending and Qualified Transportation Expense Accounts

  • Medical: Employee can set aside pre-tax dollars to help pay for medically necessary expenses not covered or only partially covered by the health or dental insurance.
  • Dependent Care: Employee can set aside pre-tax dollars to help pay for certain dependent care expenses such as daycare for a child or care for an elderly adult.
  • Employee Commuting and Parking: (1) Employee can set aside pre-tax dollars (up to $100/month) for commuting costs; (2) Employee can set aside pre-tax dollars (up to $195/month) for parking expenses at work.

Short- and long-term Disability Insurance

  • ICRW provides employer-paid short- and long-term disability coverages.

Fitness Center Benefit

  • ICRW pays 50% gym membership for staff members. Family members can participate at the ICRW negotiated rate at their expense.
